Jason McGuinness, Vice President
Jason is an accomplished executive with over a decade of leadership experience in the sports industry, where he rose to the role of Vice President, leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational growth. He later transitioned to the startup world, playing a pivotal role in scaling a young company into a successful enterprise. Known for his strengths in team building, operations, and delivering measurable results, Jason brings a proven track record across industries to Bedrock’s leadership team.
Michael Tomczyk, Maintenance & Enhancements Manager
With over 20 years in the landscaping industry, Micheal offers deep expertise in both commercial and residential landscaping, along with sharp business insight. Prior to joining BrightView in 2015, he owned and operated a successful landscaping company in suburban Chicago. Micheal is passionate about educating clients throughout the process and delivering high-quality landscape design and property maintenance solutions with professionalism and creativity.
Brian Widenhoeft, Regional Sales Manager
Brian brings 21 years of landscaping experience, blending operations, account management, and sales expertise to provide effective maintenance solutions. A Carroll University graduate with a B.S. in Environmental Science, he combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience. With 16 years in the Texas market, Brian has built strong partnerships with property managers and owners, always focused on long-term success and client satisfaction.
Juan Sanchez, Production Manager
As Maintenance Production Manager, Juan brings a wealth of experience in landscape maintenance and a strong talent for organizing people, schedules, and priorities. He plays a vital role in delivering operational excellence and high-quality service to Bedrock’s clients. Juan is passionate about outdoor work and takes pride in contributing to Bedrock’s mission to be the leading landscape company in North Texas.
Jesus Martinez, Irrigation Manager
Jesus specializes in irrigation estimates and inspection route planning, consistently improving processes through the use of professional photography and precision mapping. His expertise in irrigation zones and inspection planning ensures accurate and efficient service delivery. Currently expanding his administrative skills, Jesus plays an essential role in supporting the irrigation team’s growth and enhancing the overall client experience.

Madison Rich, Communications & Marketing Manager
Madison is a recent University of Alabama graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. As a Sales Assistant and Content Creator, she brings creativity, strategic communication skills, and a fresh perspective to the landscaping industry. Her passion for brand storytelling and client engagement enhances Bedrock’s visibility, while her organizational skills and innovative mindset support the sales team’s success.
Blake Starnes, Director of Operations
Blake is an experienced construction leader with strengths in project management and business development, and team leadership. A licensed irrigator with a B.S. in Business Management from Tarleton State University, Blake brings a results-driven approach to project execution. His leadership ensures that every project meets company goals while exceeding client expectations through quality service and operational excellence.
Peyton Adkins, Director of Pre-Construction / Estimating
Peyton is a landscaping professional with a strong foundation in Texas native plants, trees, and irrigation design. A Tarleton State University graduate, Peyton blends academic training with hands-on experience in commercial construction, land clearing, and sales. His focus on sustainability and efficiency allows him to craft landscapes that are as practical as they are visually appealing.

Collin is known for building strong, lasting client relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction across every touchpoint. Originally from Louisiana and now based in Dallas, he brings five years of experience in real estate and property management, where he developed a deep understanding of complex client needs. His background sharpens his attention to detail, communication skills, and solutions-oriented approach.
Fidel Vargas, Project Manager
Fidel is a versatile professional with a strong background in landscaping, project management, and production management. Known for his creativity and precision, he designs and maintains high-quality outdoor spaces while coordinating teams and resources to exceed expectations. Fidel’s ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency makes him a valuable contributor to Bedrock’s continued success.
Fernando Del Toro, Project Manager
Fernando serves as a Project Manager at Bedrock Landscaping, with a robust background in Agronomy and a specialized focus in Horticulture. He leads New Construction Projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and budget alignment. Based in DFW, Fernando is committed to helping Bedrock grow as a premier landscaping firm, especially in the new construction sector where he brings innovation and strategic insight.
